The Process:
After the client puts in their request for work I read through the requests and work in the order they were submitted in. Once the request is processed I reach out to the client via email and we schedule a brief interview over DMs or Voice Call. During the interview we discuss the specifics of the work needed as well as the cost and time of completion. Finally, I send an invoice with the agreed information.
Payment of the invoice in full is confirmation. When I see it, that’s my green light to start.
For more complex jobs, I work in “passes.” Meaning I lay out elements of the video start to finish, building on top of the video for each pass through. Because of this, I often render out clips of versions to show the client to make sure I’m on the right creative path.
Upon the job’s completion the client will receive a link to their purchase. After the final review and okay from the client, the job is done!
